In Nigeria, most parents tell their kids, don't eat anything from anyone in school o. Mostly for safety reasons & to teach kids how to be satisfied with their own meals from home. So, as a little girl in America, I carried my lunch box with Tuna Sandwich in it & fruit punch drink because I know when I get home, I will eat a big meal. So, first day in highschool, I was looking for a great sit to eat my lunch at the Cafeteria. There was ones with black girls but they weren't so welcoming; so some Hispanic/Spanish American girls invited me to their table. They were just speaking Spanish & because I could speak a little that I learnt in Middle School, I could relate. We ate together & I had fun. So, next time, I packed extra sandwiches to school to share with my new friends and they did same as well.
